He was predeceased by: his parents, Casper Calloway Wiggins Sr. and Ina Crisp Wiggins; and his siblings, James Robert Wiggins, Lloyd Wiggins, Edgar Charles Wiggins, Billy Ray Wiggins, Dorothy W. Phifer, Mary Elizabeth Wiggins and Margaret Louise Wiggins.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Beth Isenhour Wiggins; his children, Eric Wiggins (Kenyetta) and Lindsay Caldwell (Christopher); his siblings, William "Bill" Wiggins, Frances Wiggins and Anne Wiggins; and his grandchildren, Tyler Wiggins and Gracyn Caldwell.
