It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carl Ledbetter (Bessemer City, North Carolina), who passed away on July 2, 2020, at the age of 66, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Edward and Marie Nanney Ledbetter; his wife Rene Smith Ledbetter; and his siblings, Eddie Ledbetter and Andrea Staton.

He is survived by: his sons, Christopher Allen Crocker (Bridgett) and Lonnie Carl Ledbetter (Catherine); his siblings, Joe Ledbetter (Dixie), Wayne Ledbetter (Mary) and Rebecca May; and his grandchildren, Zachary, Cassie, Cameron, Nathan, Nicholas, Kenzie and Christian.
