He was predeceased by: his parent Thomas J. Bower. He is survived by: his mother Marilyn Babione Bower; his children, Collin Bower, Chloe Bower and Caylee Bower; his grandson Weston Bower; his siblings, Kevin Bower, Sherri Longobardo, English and Kitty; and his close friend Cindy Weaver.
