He was predeceased by: his father George Franklin Brady; his son Billy Brady, Jr.; and his brother Dennis Brady. He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Sansing Brady; his children, Jessie Winstead, Jr. of Bessemer City and Carla Brady Ramsey of Lincolnton; his brother Troy Brady of Cherryville; and his grandchildren, Joe Huffstetler of Lincolnton, Leeann Wilkie of Fallston, Billy Brady III of Maiden, K'La Leonhardt of Dallas, Katelyn Dockery of Gastonia and Dillard Winstead III of Cleveland County. He is also survived by seven great grandchildren.
