He is survived by: his wife Cheryl Elizabeth Taylor Gray; his daughters, Julia Anne Smith (Thomas) and Abigail Jane Garcia (Benjamin); his grandchildren, Bree Mackley-Kelly, Riley Smith, Mikah Smith, Gracie Garcia and Kyle Garcia; and his great grandchildren, Emily Staples and Aaron Rohrer.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, April 22nd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Keeney and Basford Funeral Home (106 E Church St, Frederick, MD 21701). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, April 22nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
