He was predeceased by: his parents, Aaron Borders and Katherine Briggs Quinn; and his brother Aaron Quinn. He is survived by: his wife Carol Price Quinn; his children, Hugh Quinn of Winston-Salem and Suzanne Quinn Perry (Michael) of Sanford, NC.; his grandchildren, Stephanie Perry Lajoie (Ronald) of Austin, TX, Danielle Quinn of China Grove, NC, Brandon Perry of Raleigh, NC and Mackenzie Perry of Sanford, NC.; his sisters, Katherine Mabry of Shelby, NC and Enniss Lassitter of Raleigh, NC; and his sister-in-law Mary Rippy.
Because of Covid 19, there will be no visitation and masks must be worn in the church.
