He was predeceased by: his parents, Arnold Aurthur, Jr. and Ethel Mae Stroud; his wife Evelyn Adela Stroud; his granddaughter Lisa Rinker; and his son-in-law Joseph Guiliani.
He is survived by: his children, Evelyn Guiliani, Arnold Stroud (Lynette), David Stroud, William Adam Stroud, Jr. and Judy Rhodes (David). He is also survived by nine grandchildren along with numerous great grandchildren and great great grandchildren.
