She was predeceased by: her parents, Wilburn Elkins and Grace Elkins (Mullins); her husbands, Jim Pepper and John McMahan; and her siblings, Doyle Elkins, Billie Sue Wright and Wanda Waller.
She is survived by: her children, Roy Pepper, Tina Apt (Rob), Sheila Martin (Neil), Roger Pepper and Michael Pepper; and her sisters, Frankie Clements and Mae Smallwood. She is also survived by her 6 grandchildren & great grandchildren.
