He was predeceased by: his parents, James Malcom and Hester Elizabeth Vann Parker; his former wife Helen Grace Parker; and his sons, Chris Parker and Jonathan Parker.
He is survived by: his children, Marvin Anthony "Tony" Parker (Winnie) of Warner Robins, GA, Roxanne Parker of Garner, Dane Parker of Benson, Kevin Parker (Ginger) of El Paso, TX, Crystal Allen (Rudy) of Benson and Gina Gibson of Spearfish, SD. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren; and 5 great grandchildren.
