He was predeceased by: his father Dalma Horton. He is survived by: his wife Deborah Horton; his children, Dustin Horton (Jessica Barbee), Derrick Horton, Austin Swann (Jamie Howard), Christy Swann (Trey), Chad Carter and Scott Carter; his grandchildren, Ava, Owen and Will Horton; his siblings, Dwayne, Dalma, Barry Horton and Angela Solomon; and his friend Gary Honeycutt.
