He is survived by: his children, Tracy Dean Tart of Dunn and Terrence Clint Tart of Dunn; and his siblings, Roy Tart (Pat) of Four Oaks, Roger Tart of Mooresville, Bonnie T. Dunn of Four Oaks and Edna Sutton (Tink) of Newton Grove. He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
