In the hush of twilight, as the stars twinkle in silent homage, we reflect on the legacy Jeffrey leaves behind and his impact on the lives of his loved ones. Though Jeffrey may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the memories held dear by his family and friends, a guiding light that illuminates their paths in times of darkness.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Elijah Parrish and Audrey Jackson Parrish; his sister Barbara Strickland; his stepson Christopher Steven Capps; and his nephew Allen Strickland.
He is survived by: his wife Cathy Capps Parrish; his son Hank Christopher Parrish; his grandson Noah Christopher Parrish; his stepdaughter Gabriella Diane Lìmón; and his mother-in-law Sandra Capps.
A memorial service was held on Friday, April 4th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the Lighthouse Church (9856 NC-210, Four Oaks, NC 27524).
