It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jean Stewart Hudson (Benson, North Carolina), born in Cumberland, North Carolina, who passed away on June 13, 2023, at the age of 67, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, William Charles and Gladys Clifton Stewart; her siblings, Patricia Charlene "Patty" Stewart and Joseph Rollins Stewart; and her nephew Joseph Rollins Stewart, II.
She is survived by: her sons, Nathan Henry Stancil of Mt. Olive, NC and Nicholas Brian Stancil of Vanceboro, NC; and her granddaughter Kayden Lynn Stancil of Charlotte, NC. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews; many friends.
