She was predeceased by: her mother Nancy Clyda McLamb Jernigan; her husband Henry Campbell Oakley; her daughter Sandra Oakley Parker; her son-in-law Kenneth Clifton; and her siblings, Colonel Jernigan, Myrtle Jernigan Lee, Coleman Jernigan, Addie Pearl Jernigan Royal, Othel Jernigan, Elgie Jernigan Allen, Frances Jernigan Hall, J. R. Jernigan, Tiny Jernigan and Z. D. Jernigan.
She is survived by: her daughter Karen O. Gibbs (Larry) of Benson; her son-in-law Bill Joe Parker (Donna) of Four Oaks; her grandchildren, Kent Clifton, Hank Clifton (Jessie), Cami Joe Faircloth (Eddie), Christine Allen (Richard), Sarah Renuart (Kevin) and Patrick Gibbs (Tamaca); and her great grandchildren, Caroline Faircloth, Henry Clifton, Benjamin Clifton, Julie Ann Thornburg, Andrew Gibbs, Catie Allen, Lucille Gibbs, Hunter Renuart, Brayden Renuart and William Renuart.
