She was predeceased by: her parents, Jonah Faircloth and Alice Faircloth; her husband Johnnie Coats; her son Brandon Coats; and her brothers, Bruce Faircloth and Roger Faircloth.
She is survived by: her daughter Jill Giddens (Bradley) of Benson, NC; her grandchildren, Garrett Giddens, Kayla Giddens, Maddie Coats and Emma Coats; her sisters, Barbara Barbour (Charles) of Garner, NC and Susan Stephenson (Ken) of Rock Hill, SC; and her siblings-in-law, Betty Jean Faircloth of Angier, NC, Shirley Brown of Belmont, NC and James Coats (Opal) of Benson, NC. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
