She was predeceased by: her parents, David "Windy" Dupree and Bertha Rawls Dupree; her husband Clyde E. Forrest Jr.; and her grandson Joshua Ray Forrest. She is survived by: her son Donald Ray Forrest; her grandson Mark Anthony Forrest (Khrysta); her great grandchildren, Mark and Raven Forrest; her daughter Wanda Forrest of Siler City; and her grandchildren, Jonathan Brian Beck (Jennifer), Joy Beck Suddeth (Bradley) and Keri Beck Garner (Gary).
