He was predeceased by: his parents, William E. Harper and Annie Myrick Harper; his brother Gayle Harper (Ina); and his parents-in-law, Wilbert, Florence Phillips and Willard Hill.
He is survived by: his wife Betty Phillips Harper; his children, Gaylene Wilson (Phil) of Bennett and Lee Harper of Bennett; his brother J. C. Harper (Marie) of Bennett; his grandchildren, Wendi Wicker (Jody) of Bennett and Dusty Wilson (Kelly) of Willow Spring; and his great grandchildren, Reed Wicker, Molly Wilson and Laney Wilson. He is also survived by his family, especially his grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
