He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth McCoy Lowe; his children, Mark Elijah Lowe of Bennett and Samantha Anne Coble of Bennett; his father Johnny Lowe (Kim) of Staley; his siblings, Kelli Andrews of Lumberton, Makaela Lowe (Casey) of Staley and Kevin Lowe (Brenda) of Staley; his grandsons, Jimmy Lanier and Liam Coble; his niece Kassie Robinson (Will); his nephew Kaleb Lowe (Jaden); and his uncle James Lowe of Silk Hope. He is also survived by seven great nieces and nephews.
