He was predeceased by: his parents, Clina Henry Jones and Leona Alice Phillips Jones; and his siblings, Geneva Saunders, Wayne Jones and Ray Jones.
He is survived by: his wife Betty Coble Jones; his children, Deborah Threatt (Billy), Kim Fuquay (Ricky) and Kenneth Jones (Natasha); his brothers, Dwight Jones (Ruby) and Gary Jones (Donna); his grandchildren, Howard Threatt (Michelle), Sarah Theatt (Gage Hall), Avery Jones (Kaci), Grayson Jones, Camden Fuquay, Kelton Fuquay and Delaney Fuquay; his great grandchildren, Mallory Threatt and Ada Mae Jones; and also Edwin Moore.
