He was predeceased by: his parents, Mattie P. Phillips and Ernest C. Phillips; his son Gerry Phillips; his grandchildren, Gregory A. Phillips, Crystal L. Phillips and Jason Baldwin; his son-in-law Earl Baldwin; and his siblings, Stella Sullivan Campbell, Lessie Russell, Lillian Nall and Roland Phillips.
He is survived by: his wife Lois Phillips; his daughter Cheryl Phillips Baldwin of Goldston; his daughter-in-law Sandy Phillips of Bennett; his granddaughters, Heather Doucette (Arthur) and Tina Morgan (Chad); and his great grandchildren, Gemma, Kenzie Beth, Aidan, Cameron, Hadley Grace and Carson.
