He was predeceased by: his son Matthew Clay Brady; his father Roland Brady; and his brothers, George Brady and Jerry Brady. He is survived by: his wife Cheryl Jones Brady; his daughters, Donna Rae B. Surmont (Roy) of Siler City and Lea B. Hurley (Blaine) of Seagrove; his mother Myrtis Maness Brady of Carthage; his siblings, Cindy Hancock (Gary) of Bear Creek, Wanda Brady of Robbins, Rolanda Phillips (Mike) of Carthage and Brad Brady of Bennett; his grandchildren, Aaron Coble, Nicholas Coble, Lexi Hurley, Tristian Hurley and Natalie Hurley; and his nephews, Chase Jones, Cory Jones and Christian Beavers. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
