He is survived by : his spouse Marilyn Bailey Rackley; his parent Dorothy Davis Rackley; his daughters, Tiffany Griffin of Wilmington and Brandy Northam of Leland; his grandchildren, Layton Griffin, Colton Griffin, Kaylee Northam and Wesley Northam; his siblings, Marilyn G. Rackley, Judy Singleton and Carl Rackley; and his stepsiblings, Sissy Orr and Billy Benton. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
