He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Richard and Patsy Wiley Stallings; and his uncle John Robert Winslow. He is survived by: his parents, Louis Richard "Ricky" Stallings, III and Ann Denise Winslow Stallings; his sister Amber Love Stallings Pawlowski (Tom); his nephew Brooks Gordon Pawlowski; his grandparents, Arland and Helen Gregory Winslow; his aunts, Andrea Winslow Buford (Al), Brenda Stallings Winslow and Diane Stallings White (R. P.); and his cousins, Matthew, Macy Buford, Matt White, LeAnna White Lee (Brian), Jessica Winslow Chappell (Aaron), Hayden Winslow and John Richard "J. R." Winslow. He is also survived by cousins, and the children of his many friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to State Employees Credit Union, 142 Ocean Hwy. S., Hertford, NC, 27944, to a UMTA for his beloved nephew, Brooks, who has been promised to always know who Uncle Rusty was and is.
