He was predeceased by: his parents, William Robbins and Bessie Robbins; his former wife Michele; and his brother Andrew Robbins. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Layden Robbins; his children, Jodi Robbins of Chesapeake, VA, Lacey Winslow (Austin) of Belvidere, Adam Robbins (Amy) of Orlando, FL and Billy Baughan of Nags Head; his brother Larry Robbins of Virginia Beach, VA.; and his grandchildren, Michaela Baughan, Tristan, Ellie Robbins, Madelyn and Kathryn Winslow.
