He was predeceased by: his parents, Archie Bell and Blanche Winslow White; his son Terry D. White; his sisters, Marjorie W. Casey (late J. Frank), Patricia W. Dillon (late Eugene) and Mary Frances W. Twiddy; and his brother-in-law Charlie Skinner.
He is survived by: his wife Eloise Winslow White; his sons, James O. White (Archie L. White) and Belvidere; his sister Thelma W. Skinner of Hertford; and his brother-in-law Pat Twiddy of Hope Mills.
