It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lawrence Neil Winslow (Belvidere, North Carolina), who passed away on February 16, 2020, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert J. Winslow and Daisy King Winslow; his wife Kathryne Ann Ward Winslow; and his siblings, Flora Tatterson, Novella Perry, Ethia Adams, Ruth Self, Cyril, Earl and Derl Winslow.
He is survived by: his children, Jenny Powell (Leroy) of Camden, Richard Winslow (Charmayne) of Summerville, SC, Jeffrey Winslow (Lorie) of Elizabeth City and Randy Winslow (Paige) of Hillsborough; his grandchildren, Lee Powell, Mark Powell, Brent Powell, Julie Solesbee, Holly Winslow, Jessi Spear, Zach Winslow and Randy Winslow, Jr.; and his great grandchildren, Grayden, Sudie, Ellis, Nola, Lawson Powell, Alyssa, Kaiden, Christopher Winslow, Hayleigh Solesbee, Joseph, Ella, Jackson Spear and Chandler Winslow.
Memorial contributions may be made to either: Mt. Sinai Baptist Church, 389 Swamp Road, or to Camp Cale, 377 Camp Cale Road, both in Hertford, NC 27944.
