Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Collin Ray Winslow of Belvidere, North Carolina, who passed away at the age of 15, on May 5, 2023. He was predeceased by: his great-grandparents, Doug Rogerson, Elsie Harris, Cyril, Virginia Mae Winslow, George and Stella Midgett.
He is survived by: his parents, Ken Winslow and Holly Harris Winslow; his brother Harris Winslow; his grandparents, Gary, Renee Harris of Elizabeth City, Kenneth Ray, Sr. and Bettye Winslow of Belvidere; his great-grandparent Lois Rogerson of Elizabeth City; his aunt Kristen; his uncle Ray Fesperman; his cousins, Hunter and Chase of Hertford; and also, Colby and Gage of Elizabeth City. He is also survived by many other extended family members and friends.
