He is survived by: his wife Candace Hart Carlisle; his daughters, Cindi Dennis (Scott Cherry), Cristi Laye (Larry) and Lauren Griffin (Devon); his grandchildren, Natalie Dennis, Colby Muir and Tyler Dennis; his great grandchildren, Canton Muir and Rowan Dennis; and his close friend Abby. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
