He is survived by: his fiancée Patricia Patrick; his children, Kevin Billups, Sr. and Ashley Thompson (Brett); his siblings, Bob Perkins, Bill Perkins, Roger Perkins, Patricia England (Bobby) and Tina Gist; and his grandchildren, Kevin Billups, Jr. and Kollin Billups.
