He was predeceased by: his parents, Billy Bolch and Pauline Gardner; his siblings, Sondra Lynn and Michael "Hollymatic" Holland; and his sisters-in-law, Marion Gardner (Avery) and Karen Gardner (Daniel).
He is survived by: his children, Aubrey of Melbourne, FL and Dave Gardner; his brothers, Avery (Michelle) of Bessemer City and Daniel of Warbro, WV.; and his grandchildren, Will Gardner, Hammond, Gabriella and Charlotte.
