She was predeceased by: her parents, Manuel Salvatore Silva and Mary Arraial Silva; her former husband Charles David Ramsey; and her daughter Donna Lynn Ramsey. She is survived by: her husband Bobby Gene Padgett; her children, David Alan Ramsey, Renee R. Davidson (Leslie), Sabrina Darnell Ramsey Smith and Cindy Ramsey (Tom Oates); her stepdaughters, Leona Broome, Barbie Bolte, Patricia Barnett, Sandy Kress and Gena Baxter; and her grandsons, Bryan Christopher Smith and Charles Matthew Davidson. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.
