He was predeceased by: his parents, H. Mack Robinette and Lillie Ray Robinette; his wife Shirley Gibson Robinette; his daughter Sissy Jackson; and his siblings, J. Edwin, H. Mack, Jr., William V., Jerry D. Robinette and Louise R. Thomas Murphy.
He is survived by: his sons, Wayne Moose of Riverview, FL, William "Tony" Robinette and Kenny Moose of Belmont, NC; and his sisters, Bobbie R. Pegram of Belmont, NC and Roseanne R. Christopher of Mt. Holly, NC. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren, nineteen great-grandchildren and four great-great-grandchildren.
