It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Hanley Arnold Parsons of Belmont, North Carolina, who passed away on February 10, 2024, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He is survived by: his wife Jean; his children, Elissa and Jay; his grandchildren, Jessica, Sarah and Evan; his siblings, Stanley and Sheri; and his sister-in-law Marlene. He is also survived by his many friends, nieces, nephews, devoted cousins.

In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that contributions be made to The Humane Society of the United States in Arnie's honor.
