She was predeceased by: her parents, William Henry and Lula Mae Lee Ballard; and her former husband Richard Alexander Whitesides. She is survived by: her husband Robert "Bob" Wesley Lionello; her daughters, Linda Adams and Teresa Whitesides; and her grandchildren, Preston Wilson (Somer), Brandy Williams, Chad Robertson (Dana) and Jacquelyn "Jackie" Mazzolini (John). She is also survived by many great-grandchildren.
