He was predeceased by: his parents, Focian Stewart Clark and Rose Ware Clark; and his sister Hilda Roberts. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Millsaps Clark; his children, Michelle Clark Traywick (Larry) and Eugene Clark, Jr.; and his grandchildren, Elsa Traywick, Gavin Traywick, Ava Traywick, Tyler Clark and Justin Clark.
