It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dennis Dewayne Pilgrim of Belmont, North Carolina, who passed away on January 9, 2024, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Pilgrim and Novie Pilgrim; and his sister Sharon Pilgrim. He is survived by: his wife Carol Pilgrim; his children, Danny Pilgrim (Gail) and Julie Okonski (Brian); his stepchildren, James Pridgen (Julie), Michael Pridgen (Donette) and LeAnne Pridgen (Johnny); his brother Terry Pilgrim; his grandchildren, Dustin Hargett, Matthew Pagoota, Michael McDaniel, Dylan Pridgen, Nolan Pridgen, Rylan Pridgen, Jade Parker and Shelly Bryson; and his stepgranddaughters, Karin Reed, Kristin Okonski and Anna Okonski.
