It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Brenda Joyce Yates (Belmont, North Carolina), who passed away on May 18, 2018, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her brother Wayne Huggs. She is survived by: her daughter Traci Yates of Belmont, NC; her siblings, Frank Huggs (Coila) of Hot Springs and Linda Small (Paul) of Little Rock; her sister-in-law Jean Huggs of Benton; her friend Marsha Paslay; and also, Eleanor and Henry. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
