She was predeceased by: her parents, Clyde Stewart and Eunice Mills Stewart; and her husband H. W. "Sam" Devinney. She is survived by: her children, Aaron (Karon Devinney) of McAdenville, Beverly D. (Brett Robinson) and Mary Ann D. Smith of Gastonia; and her grandchildren, Ashley (Matt Alexander), Leanne (Kevin Lynch), Jessica (Darren Buer), Justin Smith, Garrett (Brie Robinson) and Taylor Kiser. She is also survived by nine great-grandchildren.
A memorial service was held on Friday, December 6th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the McLean Funeral Directors - Bumgardner Chapel (515 N Central Ave, Belmont, NC 28012). Visitation was held on Friday, December 6th 2024 at 2:30 PM at the McLean Funeral Directors of Belmont (515 N Central Ave, Belmont, NC 28012).
