He was predeceased by: his parents, Everette Eckard and Ruth Leatherman Eckard. He is survived by: his wife Rachel Eckard; his daughters, Dawn Massie (Ronnie) and Mellissa Robinson (Brian); his siblings, Peggy Ann Ward (Ernest), Glenda Sue Mauldin and Terry Lynn Eckard; his grandsons, Jason Jackson (Jennifer), Trevor Robinson (Andi) and Austin Robinson (Jessica); and his great grandchildren, Hunter Jackson, Kaelyn Jackson, Beckam Robinson, Brooks Robinson and Tate Robinson.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, February 18th 2025 from 11:30 AM to 12:45 PM at the CrossFix Ministries (6131 Wilkinson Blvd, Belmont, NC 28012). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, February 18th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
