Allen of Belhaven, North Carolina, born in Beaufort, North Carolina, who passed away on November 7, 2023, at the age of 99, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, William Elden Allen and Ina Elizabeth Dunbar Allen; his wife Wanda Juanita King; his son Don; and his siblings, Frank, Arnold, Nelson Allen, Mildred Brown, Elizabeth Tooley and Lorene Gray. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
