It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robert Spencer (Belhaven, North Carolina), born in Portsmouth, Virginia, who passed away on February 11, 2022, at the age of 66, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, George Tilman Spencer and Eula Rae Gaskins Spencer. He is survived by: his children, Alicia Rae Wagaman (William) of Washington and Nathan Harold Spencer of Pantego; his brothers, Hoyt T. Spencer of Pantego and Timmy R. Spencer (Sissy) of Bath; and his grandchildren, Kayla, Jordan and Maddison.
