She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Gaskins and Mary Keech Gaskins; and her husband George T. Spencer. She is survived by: her sons, Robert H. Spencer of Belhaven, Hoyt T. Spencer of Belhaven and Tim R. Spencer (Sissy) of Bath; her grandchildren, Alicia S. Wagaman (Willie) of Pinetown and Dr. Nathan H. Spencer of Pinetown; and her great grandchildren, Jordan Wagaman and Madison Wagaman.
