He was predeceased by: his father Norman Michael Williard, Sr.; and his sister Cecilia Foltz. He is survived by: his wife Pamela Beth Hudson; his children, Nicholas Williard of Belhaven, Randy Fazio (Michelle) of New Jersey, Raine Bond (Craig) of Clemmons and Chris Willard (Robin) of Winston-Salem; and his siblings, Steve Willard and Teena Franklin (Freddie) of Lexington. He is also survived by nine grandchildren.
