It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Nancy Harden Phelps (Belhaven, North Carolina), born in Washington, North Carolina, who passed away on November 21, 2019, at the age of 66, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Dallas Harden and Irene Cruikshanks Harden; her husband James Kirby Phelps of Belhaven, N. C.; her children, Karen Renay Williams (Michael) of Miami, FL., Lonnie Herman Craddock (Lynn) of Cary, N. C. and James Kirby Phelps, Jr. (Sarah) of Roxboro, N. C.; her sister Patty Harden Miller of Burlington, N. C.; and her grandchildren, Cecelia Craddock, Marissa Craddock, Edward Phelps, Adam Van Houten, Jessica Williams and Nicholas Williams.
