She was predeceased by: her father Rufus Ennis; her in-laws, Robert and Louise Mills of Raleigh; and her siblings-in-law, Becky Fowler of Charlotte and Bill Fowler of Charlotte.
She is survived by: her mother Agnes Ennis of Belhaven; her husband Robert Lee Mills, Jr. (Bob); her children, Angie Mills Betts (Stacy) of Raleigh, Meredith Mills Stewart (Paul) of Garner and Danny Mills (Melissa) of Wake Forest; her grandchildren, Morgan Betts, Landon Betts, Reagan Stewart, Raleigh Stewart, Robby Mills, Joshua Stewart, Hunter Mills and Sadie Stewart; her sister Pat Gurley of Princeton; her nieces, Kelly Fowler Lamb (David), Amy Fowler Johnson (Scott) and Jennifer Johnson Yost (Rick); and her nephew Jeff Johnson (Mary).
A memorial service was held on Sunday, November 17th 2024 from 1:30 PM to 2:30 PM at the Aversboro Road Baptist Church (1600 Aversboro Rd, Garner, NC 27529). Visitation was held on Sunday, November 17th 2024 at 2:45 PM at the same location.
