It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joan Davis Craft (Belhaven, North Carolina), who passed away on February 2, 2022, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, David Clifton Davis and Margaret Lucille Paul Davis; her former husband Ottis Erroll Selby; her husband Ed Craft; her sons, Daniel Clifton Selby, Sr. and Erroll Ken Selby; and her brothers, Tex Davis and Sid Davis.
She is survived by: her son Timothy Vann Selby (Georgie) of Belhaven; her grandchildren, Daniel Selby, Jr., Gentry Setters, Brigette Elzey, Caroline Drake and Savanna Simmons; her great grandchildren, Sidney Ray Selby, Walker Vann Selby, Lillian Kendal Selby, Alyssa Newman, Ainsley Grae Setters, Baysden Claire Setters, Julianne Elizabeth Drake, Nolan Thomas Drake and Jovi Claire Simmons; and her sisters, Carlene Potter (Herbert) of Belhaven and Phyllis Woolard (Phillip) of Plymouth. She is also survived by her family, spending time with grandchildren, her church, and her friends.
