We are sad to announce that on March 3, 2025, at the age of 62, Jimmy Watson of Belhaven, North Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Beamon Watson, Sr. and Mildred Sawyer Watson; and his pet Cupcake. He is survived by: his siblings, Walter B. "Bub" Watson, Jr. (Connie) of Pinetown, Ronnie L. Watson of Pinetown and Sharon Watson of Belhaven; his aunt Carolyn S. Merrill (H. L.) of Pantego; his uncle Willie Sawyer (Thala) of Pantego; his nieces, Amy L. Pittman (Ricky) of Washington, Jennifer Watson of Mebane and Kelly Watson (J. T. Cote) of Washington; his nephew Wyatt Watson of Bear Grass; and his great-niece Aubree Cote.
A graveside service was held on Saturday, March 8th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Belhaven Community Cemetery (1009 W Main St, Belhaven, NC 27810).
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly asks that memorial contributions be made to Beaufort County Humane Society, P.O. Box 33, Washington, NC 27889.
