She was predeceased by: her parents, Alton "Doc" Sadler and Fannie Davis Sadler Sparrow; her spouse Reading Howard Allen, Jr.; and her brother Wade Sadler. She is survived by: her children, Paige Allen Harris (Scott) of Washington and Read Allen III (Leah) of Washington; her grandchildren, Simon of Washington, Abigail Harris of Washington, Emma of Washington, Read of Washington and Allen IV of Washington; and her sisters, Faye Murphy of Snow Hill and Anne Noble (Billy Alexandria). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
