She is survived by: her husband Frank E. Billups; her children, Paul Andrews (Dana) of Belhaven, Jeremy Andrews (Candace) of Bath and Julie Marie Billups-Rattler of Aurora; her stepson Edward Kent Billups of Belhaven; and her brother Marvin "Reid" Courson (Janet Ross) of Bath. She is also survived by six grandchildren.
