He was predeceased by: his parents, Larry Dorn Allen, Sr. and Leora Annette Crocker Allen; and his brother Daryl Ross Allen. He is survived by: his wife Joyce Ann Nixon; his daughters, Devin A. Stewart (Paul) of Winterville, Kacy A. Creef (John) of Manteo, Mallory A. Halsey (Steve) of Wake Forest and Hope A. Lang (Jeff) of Nashville, NC; and his siblings, Larry D. Allen, Jr. (Cyndi) of Portland, OR, Jeryl Craig Allen (Beverly) of Pantego and Janalea A. Adams (Clifton) of Blounts Creek. He is also survived by his wife, girls, and grandchildren.
